Sara Rougeot est une photographe basée près de Montréal. Actuellement finissante en photographie au Cégep du Vieux Montréal, elle allie esthétisme et narration pour capturer la richesse des textures, des couleurs et des ambiances.
Passionnée par la photographie culinaire, elle sublime chaque composition en jouant avec la lumière et les contrastes afin de révéler l’authenticité et l’élégance des mets.
En parallèle, sa photographie de paysage et d’aventure met en valeur la grandeur des espaces naturels, des sommets enneigés aux forêts profondes, tout en intégrant une dimension humaine. Son regard précis et artistique met en lumière la beauté brute du monde naturel, offrant des images à la fois puissantes et contemplatives.
Sara Rougeot is a photographer based near Montreal. Currently completing her photography studies at Cégep du Vieux Montréal, she combines aesthetics and storytelling to capture the richness of textures, colors, and atmospheres.
Passionate about food photography, she enhances each composition by playing with light and contrast to reveal the authenticity and elegance of dishes.
At the same time, her landscape and adventure photography highlights the grandeur of natural spaces, from snow-capped peaks to deep forests, while incorporating a human dimension.
